Packet Pick-up:

  • March 24th –  6:00am
  • Location – Embassair tarmac
  • There is NO PARKING at the host location.  Participants will be shuttled from the designated off-site parking to the host location. Please do not attempt to park at the host location.

Runners will pick-up the following:

  • Bib Number
  • Wristband
  • Custom Event T-shirt

What to bring:

  • Valid ID – No ID, no access to the event

Security Screening:
Confirm you have answered all the questions on the registration platform, and you have provided your citizenship status, last 4 digits of your social security number and/or passport number. If an issue or clarification arises we will contact you.

Rules & Guidelines:

  • Each person must pick-up their own race packet or Spectator wrist band. Friend or family are NOT permitted to pick-up. No exceptions.
  • Airport security will use the information provided at the time of registration for vetting and security purposes
  • There is NO GEAR CHECK. Please leave valuables at home
  • NO bags of any kind will be allowed on site (i.e BACKPACKS, PURSES).
  • If you do not have a valid ID, you will not be allowed access to the event
  • Parents/Guardians will be allowed to pick-up minors, however, the child must be present at pick up
  • K-9 units will be on-site. No pets allowed
  • Spectators must also be registered, have purchased a spectator pass and answer security questions.
  • Spectators will be picking up wristbands at packet pick-up for access to the designated viewing areas only.
  • Spectators do not have access to the runway.
  • All minor children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES and purchase a spectator ticket
  • Spectators need to provide a valid ID. (Parents/guardians will check in with child)
  • Please DO NOT venture outside the designated run course area. Stay off the grass.

This is a secure area, there will be no re-entry. Once you have received your packet and checked in you will not be allowed back to your car. Please make sure you have everything you need prior to entering the main event area.

Spectators:

All registered spectators must check-in to acquire a security wristband which allows access into the main event area. No spectators will be allowed on the runway. We have designated spectator areas and you must adhere to staying in these areas.

Start Line:

Runners will be corralled prior to heading out to the start line. To gain access to the runway and the 5K you must have both your bib number and the corresponding security wristband visible. You may be denied access if you do not follow these instructions.

NO Gear Check:

Gear check will NOT be available. Do not store, hide or leave any personal items along or near the racecourse, including the start and finish areas. You are responsible for safely storing your gear offsite prior to the race. Any items left unattended will be removed from the area and will not be made available later.
